Question: Im desperate! help me pleassssssssssse!
i want to lose my love handels, stomach fat, tone my legs and my stomach, i weight 130 and im only 13!. i feel discusing!. please help!. i know i have to eat right and exercize but im just not movtavated to do it!. i want somthing that will keep me going and that is fun and gets great results!. please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing is first, regular exercise, what I mean by that is skipping for 30 minutes twice a day, cycling for quite a long distances or running for approx 30-60 minutes!.

Good diet, say no to junk food/sweets, McDonald's and stuff, and say hello to rice, fish, serials (Corn Flakes no sugar), chicken (grilled)!. Eat more salads, drink plenty of water, eat fruits!.

Try a sweat suit, we sometimes use them to lose body fat in our Muay-Thai Kickboxing gym, people say that you onlylose water, no you don't, I used it, had plenty of water and my body fat/weight never came back, I lost 5kg before a fight in 2 weeks time with it!.

Or you can also try some slimming belt, and yes I know most of them tnd to bull****, 1 out of 10000 works, that's why you have to be smart when you choose one, and research for yourself, don't look at the prices, because the highest might be the worst whilst the cheapest the best!.!.!.

proper nutrition is the key to success without it you are wasting your time fried foods fatty foods soda fast food need to go away, you need a high protein low carb diet and a gallon of water a day!. Combine this with a great exercise program and you are on your way to success!. Hi Carly!. I will relate what worked for me, a otherwise healthy 44 yr-old male!. I weighed 195-lb in December 2007 and now weigh 163-lb!. I avoid sugar as much as possible, have been since 1985!. That's when I saw the power of caloric intake vs calories burned via day-to-day no-exercise living!. I resolved in Dec!. '07 to try taking in less food, i!.e!. cut my meals in half!. It was not easy at first!. The stomach takes 20-mins to let the brain know it is satisfied with 1/2 a meal, but you will eventually get used to it!. I lost 30+ pounds of excess fat in 4 months and I am leaner and have began a weight training regimen to increase lean body mass as that will add to your body's ability to burn calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are very young, and you may still grow and thin out before too long!. in the meantime, try stopping all junk food, and only eat healthy snacks between meals!. if you hate excising, what about swimming!? that's fun, so is dancing!. you can exercise up a storm dancing to your favourite tunes!. now, no matter what anybody says, sweating is not loosing fat-it is loosing water, so make sure to always drink lots!. and no ab belt is going to work-they are all garbage-they just want your money!. stick to known methods, don't let someone talk you into stupid purchases!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
