Could i lose 5-10lbs in two weeks by doing this?!


Question: Could i lose 5-10lbs in two weeks by doing this!?
5 days a week-
10 minutes of jump roping
30-45 minute walk or bike ride
40-50 crunches 24 bicycle crunches
15 pushups
20 squats & lunges
and go to the gym as much as possible for a week!.

and for breakfast id eat a bowl of cereal (total)
lunch would be a peanut butter&honey sandwich
and dinner would be whatever we had
or
a slimfast shake for lunch and like coffee or tea for breakfast and whatever for dinner (id only do that for like 8 days though)
btw - i dont eat much anyways so NO im not "starving" myself

could i do it!? im seriously desperate hah!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Push harder on your crunches!. 50 is nothing!. Try for 100!.
You can definitely do that if you are doing 30-45 minute walks!.

When doing squats, add weight or keep a still position for 10 seconds each 20 times!.

Yes 10 lbs is possible!.

5lbs a week is avg with good exercise/diet!. Your plan is looking good!. I hardly see people post a plan with their question!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe 5 pounds, 10 pounds is not healthy or realistic in that amount of time!. have a slim wrap if its for a special occasion, you lose inches but its very short term!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
