Answers:
not bad!. i would change the muffin into a small apple and a cube of cheddar cheese!. (muffins have lots of fats, and not so much nutrition) and i would change the pretzel sticks (again, no nutrition) into some raw veggies-you can eat lots of them and still loose weight!. nothing wrong with a plate of carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and cukes- fills you up, and hardly any calories- you can throw raw veggies into almost any meal if you want to - even breakfasts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good breakfast!. Muffin not so good!. I mean, if youre trying to 'diet' which i'm assuming you are, a muffin if one of those foods that seems perfectly healthy but is packed with calories!. Chicken noodle soup is okay if you eat just a little bit!.
How about eating the scrambled eggs for breakfast, if you want a snack eat some fruit or fat-free yogurt, and for lunch have the chicken noodle soup!. Then for dinner have some lean protein, like chicken or fish, with a veggie and a good carb like brown rice!. Or a salad and some chicken!. Mix it up, but you need more variety and healthy foods for a good meal plan!.
Hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

change the blueberry muffin to a fruit with a few almonds for protein and i'm not a big fan of soups either- so much sodium which preserves your fat cells so try like a piece of chicken (palm sized) which veggies ( you need more vegetables anyways!.)
salad is good but make sure you have some meat in there or nuts!.

lol how can you have just 2 pretzel sticks!? lol have some strawberries with plain low fat yogurt! yum!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would also be careful of the chicken noodle soup if it is canned because it has a lot of Sodium in it and you shouldn't eat to much salt!. I agree with everyone else that you need to add more fruit, vegetables and protein to your balanced meal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut out the blueberry muffin and try fruits for snacks!. You need some vegetables and fruits in your plan!. The salad for dinner is good!. You also need some protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
