Question: When should i take creatine and how much would you recommend
i know i need to drink a ton of water and hydrates but should i take the supplement before or after i work out!. and how much (in grams) would you recommend i take!. the package says 10g per serving but i was thinking of cutting it in half!. 5"11 155Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its usually good to take about 10-15grams for the first week - this is called the "loading phase!." It basically helps to saturate your muscles with the extra creatine!.
Then, just take a daily dose of 5grams!.
There's tons of arguments for taking before a workout and after a workout, but I've personally found that I see the best results when I take it about 30 mins before my workout!. Try and see what works best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
