Question: How to build up the muscles for a pull up!?
what are some ways to build up the muscles to do a pull up with out doing a pull up!. i dont have a pull up bar!. i hope that makes sense Www@Answer-Health@Com

invest $20 in a pull-up bar and do pull ups!. also, if you have a barbell, military presses will build your shoulders and back, as well as bent-over rows and upright rows!. dumbbell flys will build your chest, and do some ab exercises and lower back exercises!. when doing pull ups you use your abs, lower back, shoulders, upper back, triceps, and traps!. so targeting one muscle group isn't going to help nearly as much as a well rounded workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com
use dumbells which are a suitable weight for you to use for a long period of time, you get better results from using a lighter weight for longer than a tiny length of time with a huge weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
Do bent over rows with heavy weights and bicep curls, and maybe some shoulder presses!. They should all build the necessary muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
