I did a little weight work yesterday and my legs are soo sore. Should i not do cardio today? Or is it ok?


Answers:

It is ok to do cardio every day, even if you worked your legs with weights. But if you do work with wieghts, do a low impact type of cardio such as an elliptical or stationary bike. High impact cardio such as aerobics, jump roping or running do enough for your legs that you should be fine without the leg workouts.
