Ok I need help with my diet! Please!!!?

I'm in a major rut! I dislocated my thumb the other day so I can't use my right hand (dominant) for anything...because of this I am either making simple things like kraft dinner or buying pizza! This is SOOOO bad! trust me I know, can you help me with some easy to make and easy to eat items?? Thank you all so much!
