I want to burn 500 calories.!


Question: I want to burn 500 calories!.
I'm at a hotel and I want to use the fitness center to burn 500 calories!. I'm 110 pounds by the way!.

The machines they have are treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and regular exercise bikes along with weights!.

What sort of things could I do using a variety of things!? Just getting on the treadmill and going is so boring for me!.

Plus I'm sore from what I did yesterday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do they have a swimming pool!? If you're still sore then consider that, as it shouldn't strain your muscles too much but it's actually a VERY good workout!.

Make sure you stretch thoroughly before you do anything and warm up properly!. Just do whatever you fancy, cardio or strength training, do 20-30 minutes on one piece of equipment, then switch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well doing nothing u averagely burn 2500calories so if u want to burn an extra 500 try figiting all day but if u want to work out then go on the tread for 10mins then try excersise bike and 30mins of swimming!.
