In a week! Forget about it! Wear a control top panty or girdle that's all you can do in a week!. I believe the term is "pot belly" by the way!. No amount of wrapping yourself in plastic wrap will permanently rid you of your belly, you may need a tummy tuck when you get older, especially if this runs in the women of your family!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Healthy body fat percentage for women is 15-25%!. You're not supposed to have a six pack!. Your body needs a small amount of fat for hormones and the storage of vitamins!.
