Question: Can Drinking Water make me Fat !?
I only drink water and yet im fat(150)

I like water, im 14!. I used to be 120 in 6th grade, now im in 9th grade!.!.!.this makes me depressed!.
Can drinking water possibly make me fat in any way!. What should I eat, and how much

Are you putting Sugar in the water!? Unless you put something in the water that has caloric count there are no calories in water, so no, water will not cause you to gain weight!. It can be stored as water weight, but it is not going to cause you to 30 pounds!. You HAVE to be consuming other than water or you would be dead!. One of two things are occurring here!. Either, you have gained natural weight because you are growing or you are eating the wrong foods!. You say you gained 30 pounds from the you were in the sixth grade to now, in ninth grade!. No, water can't make you fat, but if that's all you're putting into your body, you're slowing your metabolism down to the point where you're not burning any fat!. You have to eat to burn fat!. The best things to eat are lean meats like chicken or fish with vegetables, olive oil, salads and limit your intake of heavy carbs like fried foods, sweets, breads, white flour, sugar, soda, fruit juice, most salad dressings!.!.!.basically everything that's tastes great!. YES, WATER CAN MAKE YOU FAT! Are you happy!? I mean, since water can make you fat what else can you drink!? Carbonated Water (Soda), Flavored Water (Gatorade), Citric Water (Orange Juice), Sugar Water (Lemonade), Tea!? Everything contains WATER! Even YOU contain water (70% at that, contributing 80 pounds to your weight)!. I guess you could drink MILK! I hear there is little to no water in WHOLE MILK!.

Ravings aside, you are a victim of anorexia nervosa!. The claim that one only drinks water is a clear sign of anorexia!. A refrence to a previous weight in the distant past is another sign, and a claim for depression is a ding ding ding!.!.!. I'm not one who typically works with anorexics, but all I can say is tell your parents!.!.!.

Ask yourself, who is it you want to look like!? And who else looks like her!? I can understand how gaining 30lb is scary, but understand that everyone else is gaining weight as well; besides, it isn't fair to say that 120 is fit and thin, Mini Me most surely weighs less than 120!.!.!. and he's a little chubby!.

What I'm trying to say is everyone is different, wieght doesn't make a person look good, girth does!.

NO, drinking water is actually really good for you and always recomended for people who want to lose weight!. It's called puberty and you are definitely going through it and it is very common to gain weight!. Keep drinking the water and just try eating healthier foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually if you drink the right amount of water a day, it helps you loose weight if you plan to!. Eating the healthy food like fruits and vegi's!. Avoiding Fried food and food with lots of fat will help too!. And exercising daily!. You have to do all of this in order to decrease your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't gain weight because of your diet, it was just because a lot of growth happens between those ages!. It's completely normal!.

It's good that you're drinking water, but make sure you are also eating healthy if you want to maintain a healthy weight!.

No, water cleanses your system!. First of all, you aren't fat!. Second of all, bodies grow between ages 11 and 14!. You are growing boobs and hips and such, which means you are going to have more body weight!. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and keep drinking water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!. From what I heard water takes out the excess water you have already in your body!. So mabye its alot of fat!. but water increases your metabolsim!.
