This personal trainer I am going to be seeing told me to get on this diet!. I went and bought the book and the diet sounds great and very do able HOWEVER!.!.!.!. omg it sounds like I would have to spend all day in the kitch help whats a solution or what are the basic principals of the diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The sounth beach diet is basically a diet that cuts out all processed carbs!.
So, no white breads/pasta/rice/potatoes!.
But you can have wholemeal breads/pasta/rice, and also sweet potatoes!.

I went on this diet, and lost over a stone and i want big to begin with, so i carry on doing it now!. It doesnt feel like a diet at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a paleolithic diet (caveman diet) it's based on the very same ideas as the zone diet!. It may seem like your going to spend all day in the kitchen but you won't!. I like to prepare most of my meats on Sunday and then freeze them!. All I got to do is thaw and heat!. It's pretty simple!. As far as the veggies I keep it simple by eating allot of raw veggies and by preparing ahead of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
