Answers:
You are absolutely correct!. Your body DID cool off a bit!. Your body runs through a clock cycle which relates to the time of day!. Your body clock syncs to daylight!. At night, when it is time for you to sleep, your metabolism slows down, and you cool off in preparation, which happens while you are still awake!. This cooling starts when you feel tired and start yawning!. It isn't much, but it is noticeable!. You warm back up again when it is time to wake up in preparation for being active during the day!. Without visual cues or a real timepiece to tell you about the time of day, your natural body clock will usually run slightly short of 24 hours!. Sleep studies have shown that without any clues to the time of day, eating and sleeping when you feel like it with no way to measure time, most people will run around 23 hours!. You CAN force a change to the cycle, but it isn't easy!. Submarines do this!. The standard time on watch is 6 hours on watch and 12 hours off watch!. This makes a "day" at sea 18 hours long!. It is always "daytime" in the engineroom, where I stood watch!. It would take me about a week to get into sync with the 18 hour day when I went out to sea, and about a week to sync back to 24 hour days when I got back to port!. And yes, I noticed the change in my body temperature if I skipped sleeping between watch periods, just as I notice the change at night if I stay up later than usual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The body goes through a circadian rhythm that has peaks and troughs in body heat!. In fact, I've read that when you go to sleep relative to where you are in the body heat cycle determines how long you will sleep!. (particularly when isolated from sunlight and other factors)Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHEN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT YOU LET THE BODY USE MOST OF THE ENERGY USED IN OTHER ACTIVITIES LIKE THINKING,HENCE RESULTING TO INCREASED METABOLISM WHICH IN TURN GENERATE HEAT!.BUT WHEN U STAY UP ALL NIGHT THE BODY HAS DIVIDES THE ENERGY AVAILABLE INTO OTHER ACTIVITIES!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
