Question:

I really need help losing weight !!!!!?

I'm 14 and I'm 260-280ish lbs.I need a weight loss plan.Over the summer I want to lose 30 to 40 lbs.After the summer I still want to continue to lose the weight.I am not going to stop losing the weight until I am 120 to150.I am going to be in high school in September so I have about 9 or 10 weeks until school starts again and until I want to reach my first goal of 30 to 40 lbs.Should I take weight loss pills or drinks to help me out.My mom and I were taking about having the lapband done on me.It is nothing like the gastric bypass surgery because all they do is put a tube in between your throat and stomach to make you get full faster.They don't strink your stomach or anything.So what should I do to lose all of this weight???

P.S. Not trying to be mean or anything in your answer don't put "talk to your doctor first" -or-" you are just growing up u will lose the weight after your teen yrs. " Thank you!

I dont like to put it as "losing weight" I reffer to it as creating a healthier life style. Your weight is ushally effected by matabism. It is always great to start being healthier. However, eating only healthy and excersing all the time is NOT a good idea!!! To start on the right foot you should exerise 2 times a week. Take walks, and try to make excersing fun. You can ask friends to come along and help. Eat in moderation. You shouldnt quick sugar cold turkey. Dialy carbs and calories keep our hair thick, skin normal, and bodies growing normally. GOOD LUCK
