Question: What are some good exercises for toning my thighs!?
I'm 14 and 5' 3''!. I'd like to tone my thighs and was wondering which exercises would help with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk 30 daily minutes 5 days a week!. Eat healthy and stop when your full!. Take stairs instead of elevators!. Do Lunges & Squats for 45 min 3 times per week!. In fact, I will do it with you! Your thighs are gonna burn but the results will be mind blowing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hip abductors!.
Basically have resistance between your legs and close them!.
The starting position is like a 90 degree angle!. (Works inner thighs)
And the other form of hip abductors is when resistance is on the side of your thighs and you stretch out to make a 90 degree angle!. (works outter thighs)
Another one is squats for your quads (front of thighs)
Do hamstring pulls with a machine or resistance band (works back of thigh)

theres no such thing as tone, if your didnt have tautness you would be a jellyfish!. If you want the so called "tone" you simply must train your legs that challenge muscles to near muscular failure focus on the big muscle groups such as the quadriceps hamstrings gluteus major( it technically isnt part of your thighs but it connects to your lower back and near hamstrings prebenting th common anterior pelvic tilt in the posture of many womenWww@Answer-Health@Com

To lose fat off your thighs, you need to reduce your overall body fat!. Eat fewer calories per day and do some sort of cardiovascular exercise such as running 3-5 times per week!. You could do cardio in long-duration sessions of 20-60 minutes, or you could sprint in high-intensity intervals (type HIIT into a search engine for more information on this method)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do not know what they are called, but stand up, bend your knees, stand up again, only have your knees pointing to the sides!.!.!. and have your hands on back of your head!. Its a hard workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
