Swimming or running..............!


Question: Swimming or running!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
well i really loved running last year and i guess i just stopped because it was summer and i LOVE swimming also because i was on the swim team for 6 years, but i had to quit because it was too mmuch money, but i practice everyday in my pool!.
my question is what's a better workout!. like, i eat super healthy and i do have a gym membership, but no one wantts to take me!. so does swimming or running burn more calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started going to the gym alone when i was 14, and trust me!.!. i set an example for all my other friends to want to do the same!.!.
i figure you're not younger then 13 if you were on a swim team for 6 years!.
it will be weird the first time, cause your not use to the enviroment!.
but no one really judges anyone, everyone is coming for the same reasons!.
to either stay in ship,or to get into shape!.
i have been going to the gym for a good while now (5 years) atleast every week!.!. and i find that growing up healthy really has an affect on you when you grow up!.!.
As you grow with the habit, you keep the habit/hobby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is healthier for your body as there is less stress!.
Running burns more calories but you can get stress injuries!.
Rapid walking is the best because you need that bumping effect for the health of your bones, to prevent osteoporosis!.
Swimming is more for muscular exercise and doesn't help as much for bone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
