BAD WEEK - tonight is usually my snack night, healthy alternatives? Why has my self-control decreased? Details

I've had a bad week, straight up: I've ate junk in the evening for two days in a row.

Normally, I eat some junk on Friday nights and eat really healthy throughout the week. This is a habit I'm somewhat trying to lose now because for the past few weeks I've been going overboard on Friday nights. Like, almost eating a whole big bag of chips.

I haven't gained any weight back yet, but I'm worried. It's like all of a sudden my self control has diminished somewhat.

I do exercise throughout the week.

Help!

You'll be fine. Eat your normal snack night and go exercise. It's ok. Don't be too hard on yourself.
