Do you constantly think/obsess about your weight/size?!

Question:

Do you constantly think/obsess about your weight/size?

After a few years of over-obsessing over my weight/size, I finally "saw the light" on things. I'm 5'4" and around 121 pounds. Before I saw every inch of fat and every jiggle, but now I now look at the fact I can take anyone in a fight and Im strong enough to fight the adults in Karate or cardio kickboxing). With 7 years of karate and almost one of cardio kickboxing, I've finally realized that strength and health is a lot more important that the number on the scale and the amount of fat you have. I simple give praise to all who have pushed aside the image of the "perfect" body in the media since its pure rubbish. I have fat, I may jiggle but im storng and im proud! :)So my questions for you are do you obsess over your weight/size? Are you happy with the fat/"jiggle" that you possess? And does anyone else feel this way?

Answers:

yes i obssess...it depends on the day...sometimes i embrace my jiggles...sometimes its all i can do to stop for cutting them off myself. Good for you though...for me I think it will be a life long battle...that is my realization and I am ok with that.
