Cinnamon and honey mix!
Question: Cinnamon and honey mix
Will I lose weight if I mix cinnamon and honey and drink it( I have heard that this will make one lose weight)!? I should drink half of glass before I go to sleep and another half the next morning before breakfast!.
Also I am eating very healthy, drinking lots of water about 2 liters and green tea, 3 cups everyday( it is said to increase the metabolism), I work out regulary for about 1 hour a day, particulary cardio!.
What is your opinion about this!? In what period of time do u think I could lose about 20 pounds!? Btw I am 143 pounds and 5!.5 ft!.

those things dont really work
it might increase your metabolism a bit but if your still eating too much and not working out that small increase isnt going to matter
the best way to increase your metabolism is to eat healthy and exercise that naturally increases it
building more muscle increases the number of calories your burn everyday

mix a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of PURE lime juice(squeeze it out from a real lime!.!.!.don't use that bottled one)and have it in the morning and before you sleep!.!.if u have a dog,take her for walks!.a study proved walking with your dog causes both of you to remain in shape :)
