Some things to loose weight at home?
I need help. I wanna loose weight this summer. I want to loose the fat on my bell, thy fat, and get some arm muscles. I need some things to do at home.
help me!!!

exercise,drink lots of water eat veggies (steamed taste better than boil,fresh is better than frozen,sea salt taste better than table salt)fruit,and no fried stuff/sweets-vinegar is good too-also exercise when you first wake up even if its only 15 mins, you will feel better!
