Question: Do you know a diet thats not salad-bound but is really good!?
I'm not fat but I want to loose a bit of the holiday pigging out-ness!. Do you know a diet that is good that could help me loose a bit of weight but is actually live-able off and I won't have to read every calorie label to stick to!? Cutting off chocolate and crisps and stuff!.!.!. I'm not interested if your gonna make a joke!.!.!. Thanks xoxoxoxoWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat 5 small meals a day rather than 3 medium or large ones!. This will keep your metabolism working all the time!. Don't completely cut out sweets!. Reward your self after a long run or if you are just craving chocolate!. If you completely cut it out there is more of a chance that you will give in and pig out!. So if you have it on occasion you still get the good stuff and stay healthy!. Try and work out when you can!. I know they say 5 days a week for 1 hour, but some people (including myself) just dont have the time!. So I walk my dogs in the morning and night, I will run to get the newspaper or mail rather then getting it on my way home!. And stuff like that!.

Just stay away from fast food and snack on fruits and vegetables instead of junk food!. The healthiest diet is always the best diet, regardless of it's caloric intake!. If you get your body running at its normal pace, you should lose the weight naturally!. Also, stay away from artificial flavours and colourings (This probably won't change your weight, but it's a healthy start)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just cut off the cookies and stuff and eat sensibly!. The pounds from your holiday will come off!. I don't believe in "diets" outside of eating right every day!. I've found they do more harm than good in the long run!.

Whole grains, veggies, fruits, lean meats!.!.!.make sure you're getting enough of them each and every day!. Make sure your daily diet is something you can live with!. Fad diets are stupid diets unless you're looking to put that weight back on relatively quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have several great answers here!. Kick the soda habit, stay away from fast food and processed foods and particularly anything from a MICROWAVE!.!.!.
The worst thing ever invented for consumer use was the microwave!.

Eat whole grains such as wild rice, oatmeal, grits, nuts and berries!.!.!.
Go heavy on veggies and fish and light on red meat!. I do not condone eliminating red meat, but go light on it!.

okay high protein low carb diet, a gallon of water a day, cut out all fried and fast foods as well as soda!.
