Question about dehydrating fruit? (Please help!)!

Question: Question about dehydrating fruit!? (Please help!)
Hi, I was going to do a little experimenting with my dehydrator and I decided that I would try and make my own dried fruit!. I've done it before but I forgot about it!.!.!.!.anyways!.!.!.!.I was wondering if when you eat dried fruit from the dehydrator, does it lose any nutrients!? Like I know it sucks a lot of the moisture out of it, but like if I slice up some apples and dehydrate them, will they keep all of their nutrients!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
