Question:
I've lost 65 pounds so far, but now I'm losing my steam...?
i have alot more to lose, but have found myself going back to my old eating habits, and running out of energy and will to workout. (i had to drop my gym membership to accomadate the new budget)
i want to keep going...i'm proud of going from a size 32 down to a 22, but i want to be a 10!!!
anyone gone through this? how did you overcome it?

wasn't doing anything to radical...eating alot of fresh produce..lean meats..lots of water.
workout were 3 hours of cardio per week, and lifting weights 3 days a week

I am in the same boat...I lost about 65 lbs and I think I am content with where I am at. I could stand to lose another 5-10 lbs to be at "my" ideal weight. I think support in general is good. I have a treadmill at home but have to make myself use it. Grab a friend and go for a walk, lift weights at home, bike, rollerblade, etc. Maybe you can find a workout partner that will able to make you go when you don't want to.
