Sanna, your body is a smart machine and it will know right away what you are doing if you try to starve it!. It will respond by really lowering your metabolism (that is the rate at which you burn calories)!. So it "won't let" you do that!. This slowing of the metabolism can turn into a long term thing, then you will really have trouble burning calories!.

Please take my advice!. For one month do this experiment: EAT all the fresh veggies/fruit, beans, whole grains you can possibly pig out on - I mean never, ever let yourself be starving, or even really hungry - oh, and throw in some nuts and seeds too!. If something has more than about two ingredients, don't eat it!. Example: whole wheat spaghetti - made of whole wheat and salt!. That's good!. Captain Crunch - made of a list so long I can't type it today!. That's no good!.

Your body, the smart machine, will finally be getting the kind of fuel that it wants and needs and food cravings will stop!. Food fear will stop!. I think your self-doubts will stop too!.

You have to eat! If you don't you'll still gain weight!. All you need to do is burn 3500 calories (1 pound of fat) by exercising!. Every night, do crunches (45x) , left crunches/right crunches (Crunches just with on leg down in each side) (45x), the bicycle thing (you lie on your back and pretend your riding a bike) (45x), that exercise when you sit and bring your leg straight infront of you (20 seconds or more if you want), then run (while listening to music *3-4 minutes*) until the music stops and then cool down!. Trust mee, the execises I told you makes your lower abs flatten and a nice slim body, also, you'll lose weight too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you starve yourself, what happens is that the brain becomes aware of the starvation, and tries to rectify the situation by slowing your metabolism even more!. it does this to try and keep you from dying due to starvation!. the body has no idea that you are doing this on purpose, and that's just a normal reaction to starvation!. when the metabolism gets very slow, then when you start to eat again, you will gain weight really fast, because the body is still in slow metabolism mode!. the only way you can overcome that, is by trying a version of Atkins- you keep eating proteins, the body doesn't go into starvation mode because its getting food, but since you aren't eating any carbohydrates, the body has to eat the stored fat cells in the body instead!. as long as you drink lots of water, you will be fine!. check the Atkins site on the internet for further info!. works real well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing is first, regular exercise, what I mean by that is skipping for 30 minutes twice a day, cycling for quite a long distances or running for approx 30-60 minutes!.

Good diet, say no to junk food/sweets, McDonald's and stuff, and say hello to rice, fish, serials (Corn Flakes no sugar), chicken (grilled)!. Eat more salads, drink plenty of water, eat fruits!.

Try a sweat suit, we sometimes use them to lose body fat in our Muay-Thai Kickboxing gym, people say that you onlylose water, no you don't, I used it, had plenty of water and my body fat/weight never came back, I lost 5kg before a fight in 2 weeks time with it!.

Or you can also try some slimming belt, and yes I know most of them tnd to bull****, 1 out of 10000 works, that's why you have to be smart when you choose one, and research for yourself, don't look at the prices, because the highest might be the worst whilst the cheapest the best!.!.!.

After you go back to eating your body stores the water and the fat from your food because it doesn't know the next time you will try to deny it the essentials it needs!. You might loose 2 or 3 pounds starving but on average you gain 10 pounds after you start eating again!. Cut your junk food, eat whole foods!. You can have as many vegetables as you want!. Yes, it really does make you lose weight, it also dehydrates you, upsets the nutritional balance of your body and then kills you!. Please, if you would like to lose weight, talk to your doctor!. Starving yourself is difficult and drastic!. It's like dropping a water bomb on a candle to put it out!. THere are simpler, easier and healthier ways!. Not really, loss of muscle mass is one of the serious complication of starving yourself!. Muscle mass is the major body part that burns fat, so when you starve yourself to get to desired weight, then you go OFF the starvation, you put it all back on but end up with even MORE fat and less muscle to burn it with!. Starvation diets start a very unhealthy life cycle!. Exercise and eat a sensible diet!.

Nope it doesn't!. I thought it did once a year ago but it doesn't work!. When you starve yourself your body builds up in fat the last food you consumed so it takes a while longer to break down and for you to lose weight!. Starving is the worst possible way to lose weight!. I know it sounds logical enough but if your body is starved of food, it automatically starts storing fat as a way to survive!. That's probably the worst thing you can do, starving yourself slows down your metabolism, so once you start eating again you're going to put the weight on really fast!. you are right no diet works! Fitness as well as helathy nutrition is like religion it must become a part of your everyday life!. Diets are not made to last nor are you suppossed to take diet pills the rest of your life!. If diets worked than by now we would have one diet and one pill that would cure it all!. Instead we have a trillion diets and a trillion drug companies making trillions of dollars in hopes that you fail so that you will use more of their products!. well 1st off dont starve yourself ive tried it and it doesnt work just eat healthy food and keep a schedual or workouts and diff food and just exercise it will help you alot but when you starve urself your just making it worse yes you may lose weight but its just going to come back again!. eat lots of fruit, nuts, fish, chicken, greens, olis(like fish oils and olive) eat olives and try running and cardoWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will lose a lot of weight!. But when you start eating normal again you will gain back all the weight you worked so hard to lose!. Actually you will then put on even more weight because you're body wants to be prepared if it will ever be starved again!. That's not what you want, right!?
Try to go on a low calorie diet instead!. Eat 1200 calories a day and exercise!. You will lose weight real fast like that too!.

If you starve yourself your body will save fat stores, basically because it doesnt know when you will eat again!. Then when you do eat you will put on more than you lost!. Eat little meals, at least 6 times a day, about 200 calories each, do loads of excercise, you could loose half a stone in a week! Well i'm pretty sure you've understood all these other answers form other people and i'm hoping you know what to do!. You must balance yourself by eating healthy meals and drinking lots of water!. If you can't stick to a healthy diet - which is why you've failed, not that they don't work then I doubt you'll be able to stand starving, it's very painful I know I had an eating disorder!.

Best thing to do is eat food that is low in fat little and often with exercise that makes you sweat and your heart race!. If you starve yourself you will become ill and when you do eat your body will hold onto the fat and store it because it doesn't know when its going to get fed again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
