Answers:
i am the same height and weight as you, except im a lil bit older(15) im on a diet too!.
i found a great diet pill called akavar!. you take it up to 4 times a day and you'll lose liek 5lbs in 2 weeks, w/o exercise or dieting, b/c it boots your metabolism vigorously! and curbs your appetite so when you eat you can eat what ever you want but you just eat less b/c you get full with liek eating half of what you normally do!.

but if you dont want to take diet pills!.!.!. then heres what i suggest!.!.!.run for 30minutes 5 times a week never go 2 days in a row w/o running!.
sun!. - run
mon!. - run
tues!. - dont run
wed!. - run
thurs- dont run
fri!. - run
sat!. - run

or if you cant go running or dont have access to a gym or for whatever reason you cant go running, you say you have a jump rope!? then do 30 minutes of jump roping!. in place of running!.

then do push ups- 25-50
crunches- 75-100
sit ups- 75-100
and squats- 25-50
do these every day!.

hope this helps!!
good luck!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 5'1", 120 really isn't considered overweight at all, however it probably wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds!.

You're 13 and want a structured exercise that will help you lose weight that you can do at home!? Do you have a video gaming console!? If so, I highly recommend you take up DDR! Dance, Dance Revolution! There are people who have reported weight losses of over 100 pounds, and school systems throughout the country have been incorporating it as part of their phys!. ed programs because of the health benefits and results acheived--it's so much fun that students line up even after school hours to play it!.

I lost 15 pounds in the first 2 months playing it, I'm an adult and wasn't even trying to lose weight! I just wanted to beat the game! After the very beginning levels, it offers an intense aerobic workout that even the highly advanced step aerobics at my gym doesn't come anywhere close to matching!. It doesn't matter what video gaming console you have, there are versions of DDR made for all of them!.

If you don't have a video gaming console, well, what better way to convince your parents to buy you one than by explaining the great health benefits of playing DDR!? If they don't really have the money to afford a new console, well, you can buy an older used Gamecube system for $29 at most Gamestops, where you can also pick up a used copy of a game similar to DDR called "McGroovz Dance Craze" for about $10, and a used dance mat for another $10!. I have a Wii, but you can play the Gamecube games on it, and I really like "McGroovz Dance Craze" game as much if not more than the Wii version, DDR: Hottest Party, which is also great! DDR: Hottest Party is also made for the PS3 and Xbox as well!. Added bonus, DDR really firms up your legs and buns--fast!

Best of luck!
