I need help loosing a few pounds.!


Question: I need help loosing a few pounds!.
I wanna loose at least 5!. But I just can't stop having these cravings!. I mostly wanna decrease the size of my calves, thighs and buttocks without getting buff!. Do you guys have any tips!?

P!.S!. I have no money to go to the gym, if you wanna recommend me a workout, I wanna be able to do it at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running around the block for 20 minutes each morning!. Here is a little secret!. Only eat celery, and maybe a steak here and there!. Celery is a "negative calorie" food!. So by only eating celery, you will not be taking in any calories!. Make sure you have some pasta and other things here and there, so you still get nutrition!. Munching on celery will diminish the cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk/run up and down the stairs!.
