The only way to lose weight and keep it off is eat less than the calories you burn!. If you're smart you will do a lifestyle change!. If you crash diet it screws up your metabolism and you will gain back more weight than you lost and it is even harder to get off!. Been there, done that!. First get Dr!. Phil's book!. !. if you can't afford it, try the library!. He talks about why you over eat and learn why you over eat to start with!. That's the biggest part of the battle of why you don't eat and stay slim!. He gives you lots of pointers about buying the right foods and throwing out the bad stuff in your house and throwing out your large clothes so that you have no place to go but down and when your clothes get tight, you must diet or go nude!. Then learn about balance!. Nature is balance!. Get Dr!. Sears book on eating a balanced diet!. He gives you a ton of info about what foods spike your sugar and things like that and why you don't want to do that!. He will give you great knowledge and you don't have to go crazy with his stuff!. And the best thing you can do for yourself is cut down on fast food, cut down or get rid of all things white!. !. !.sugar, rice, potatoes, bread, pasta!. !. !.and make your carbs green and as my doctor puts it eat trunks, stems and leaves only plus tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and garlic!. After you eat, go for a walk and get your metabolism going or work out!. !. !.give your food a bit of time to digest!. I'm diabetic and so I don't get fruit because of the sugar but eat the less starchy fruit!. And for sure get rid of sodas!. !. !.even the diet ones!. Drink water!. If you crave sweets especially but whatever drink a big, big glass of water and tell yourself you can have it in a hour and forget about it!. In an hour you won't want it!. Get busy and do something besides eat is the best advice and don't give in to those cravings!. If you do!. !. !.ok!. And start again!. I don't think you should give up everything and never have anything good but when you decide to back away from the diet for something special don't pig out!. And learn about portions!. !. !.a portion is about a half cup and a serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards!. Eat smaller meals rather than one or two large ones and snack on the right stuff!. Whatever you crave, give it up for a month and you won't crave it!. I gave up fried foods and now I just can't eat it because it's so greasy!. Without all the grease I didn't need all that salt!. My biggie is sugar!. I've gone a month and I don't have those terrible must have a donut or I will die cravings and I drink a lot of water!.!.!.finally!. Good good luck!. It isn't easy or everyone would be skinny!. Just decide to do it and then do it!.

Well I don't know about a 7-day diet plan, but I do know that a couple of different people I knew quit drinking ANY kind of soda, and cut their portions in half and lost ALOT of weight and kept it off too!. Try eating more frequently!. (Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones) Also make breakfast your biggest meal of the day, not dinner, that way your body can burn off more calories during the day when you need them instead of them just sitting and turning into fat while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
