Question:
Help! I need to lose 60 pounds to be my goal weight...Please Read On...?
I go to the gym and I swim (not everyday though) and when I weigh myself, I find that I never lose or gain any weight! I just lose a couple of inches! I have to admit that I don't eat right! I REALLY need to lose 60 to be healthy and thin. I am really tired of being fat and I watch the Biggest Loser on tv and I always get sad cause I want to lose weight too! I hate going shopping for clothes because I usually end up crying or becoming really sad! I not in any rush but I want to lose it now, I don't want to procrastinate and take my time! I don't want to take diet pills or do anything that is not natural, I just want to exercise and eat right and do it naturally. What do I need to eat everyday, how many times do I need to go to the gym a week. How long do I need to spend at the gym! I need a lot of advice and constructive critisism is okay! Please help, I'm through with being fat and I want to lose it now!
Any advice would be awesome! A lot of details would be highly appreciated! THX!

60 pounds is a lot of weight to lose. Psychiologically you need to be prepared for the long haul, this is not a quick fix. The people on The Biggest Loser are put through a very rigorous routine that is not practical for at home weight loss. I would suggest you try a diet like the South Beach diet, it does not make you weigh or measure your food and you are not hungry. I have lost 30 pounds on this plan and I highly recommend it. Secondly, you have to do some walking every day, it will help to boost your metabolism and will give you more energy. I know this sounds like not the quick fix everyone wants but realistically you are looking at 6-9 months or maybe even a year to lose that much weight. Don't lose hope, after the first ten pounds you will already look and feel better! The South Beach diet has a website, check it out. And good luck, I know you can do it!
