What are some distractions I could use when I want a snack, even though I'm not actually hungry?
Answers:
Drink water!
Usually if you are feeling hungry or want something to snack on it's actually you being thirsty.
Also, maybe keep healthy snacks around you, like some almonds so that when you get the urge you are having something healthy!
