Question: Over training question!?
I have been working out a lot lately, and my friend and I are doing the same routine!.!.The past few night I have had a very fast heartbeat before going to bed, and just feel exhausted!.!.Will I eventually be able to work up to the routine!? She feels fine, so maybe she is better shape than I am!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup! Your body adapts and learns to work more efficiently relative to the amount of work it has to do!. To explain it better, what you're asking is simply the same concept behind why sports-people have to train in order to excel in their chosen sports!. They are trying to adapt their body better to the physical activity they have to be doing!. So yeah, you will eventually work up to the routine!. As for your friend, just as people have different body types, their bodies can also work to varying extents, so her body may simply be more able (at the moment) to work than yours!. How many times a week are you working out!? Are you strength training!? No matter what the exercise, always give your body at least 48 hours of rest in between workouts!. Remember, your muscles need time to rest too!. Even if you want to try a mini workout in between the 48 hour mark, wait!. You could tear a muscle if you don't give it time to repair itself!.
Secondly, take it easy too!. Just because she can do it without puffing doesn't mean you should be able to too!. Everyone's fitness level is different!. Don't just think that you won't be where she is!. It'll just take time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you will eventually be able to work up to the routine, but over-exerting yourself can actually diminish the effects of exercising!. You want to get your muscles time to heal in between workouts, or else you'll just be tearing them down rather than helping them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
