Question: Trying to lose weight than what I'm doing!.
I weigh right now at least 278 and I am taking those weight loss pills and shots and trying to control my hunger!. I am also exercising a lot!. Is their anything else I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well exercise!.!.!.even if it starts with just walking every morning,!.!.it really helps and i suggest it, and if u need to comtrol ur hunger try eating fruit instead of anything junky! good luck and i know u can do it!.!.dont give in or give up! ok just stick with it and are those pills and shots realy that good casue i dont think they are, as long as they are not hazardous to ur health!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try switching out the white bread, rice, and potatoes for whole grains breads and brown rice and sweet potatoes!. Eat foods rich in color because they pack the most nutrients and antioxidents!. Things like this can easily take off and keep off the weight!. 20 min of cardio a day works best!. Try walking, dancing, jogging, just leep it fun and new!. It will work and it's healthy for your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
