The more extremely you cut down on calories and up the amount you exercise, the more weight you lose!. Sorry, but it's as easy as that!. Nothing else works, unfortunately!. :(

go to the mall
a big huge mall where you can walk around
it's fun cuz you shop and lose weight at the same time =)
walking burns calories
and at home, when you're watching tv
turn on the aerobic or yoga channels (if you have them)
and do yoga or aerobic instead of watching shows and movies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diet and exercise consistently is the best way to lose weight!. Thats the best way to loose weight without hurting yourself!.
