I am currently going to start to lose weigh tommorow june 30 2007 and i am not am simply going to eat...?

3 meals each day, but i am not going to do a strict diet because i'm only 12 years old, so is it ok if i eat like 3 meals a day and walk 30 minutes on the treadmill, ride bike 2 miles, and do cardio for 10 minutes everyday. how many pounds can i lose by doing this. i'm trying to lose at least 15 pounds in 60 days!

Yes you can do it. 15 lbs is good you might even lose more since it will be 60 days.
