Question: What should i do to loose weight A!.S!.A!.P!?!?
i wuna loose weight and i need help what i shuld do!.!.
i eat at the most of 950 calories a day and i run or walk for an hour!.!.
im 12 ( im using mi sisters account) and i weight 95lbs!. i am 5 feet and 1!.5 inches!.!. mi goal is 90 or 85!. what are the best ways to loose weight!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you are only 12, and you are the same exact weight and height i was when i was your age, and i looked fine!.

a lot of girls your age dont have any curves yet or anything, and lots of them are way too skinny and it does not look good!.!.believe me!!

anyway, i dont think you should focus on loosing weight!.!.you are growing, and will continue to grow!. When you grow you gain weight, and its just part of becoming a woman!. It dosnt mean you will be fat or anything like that though

just keep up the good habbits, and keep working out!. Maybe you can add in some weight lifting!. Like 5-10 pound weight, and do about 3 reps of 10 3 times a week of butterflys, and arm curls!. Also, do some leg lifts also 3 reps of 10 3 times a week!.!.!.that should help tone you up a little!. Also add in some cruches!.!.!.!.only do about 3 reps of 20!.!.!.or more if you can handle it!.

You know what hun, you are NOT fat AT ALL!. When I was 12, I weighed about 118!. Now, I am 16 and am in my healthy weight range for my height!. I am only 5' 3 and 1/2!. You are NOT fat, and it sounds like you have pretty good exercise habits which you are going to keep up (I'm guessing), as long as you don't stop exercising completely and eat a lot of high fat, sugary, carbs, you are not going to become fat (for at least 10 years)!. Just chill!!
If you feel like you are flabby in places, it's probably just baby weight still (you don't lose it til you're about 14 years old), but you can join a gym, and do your cardio there and, also, start lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
