Question: If i do this for a year!.!.!.!?
if i run 20 minutes a day (just started last week on my eliptical) and eat healthy til next summer wut will i look like i also do a ab workout program everyday

I'll tell you what you are going to do, probably absolutely nothing!. This is why: If you run 20 mins a day at a constant rate, what your body will do is get used to that exercise!. Your body will adapt!. Your heart will get stronger, and your circulatory system and lungs will get stronger to adapt to your new lifestyle!. This means your body is trying to be more efficient so that you don't get winded so easily!. You will start to do 20 mins without breaking a sweat, and you will go from burning 250 calories in a 20 min session, to about 170 within the first month!. Then you will have to run even longer to burn the same amount of calories!. The only solution: Google interval training, add a little weight training at least 2 days a week to build muscle, and just maintain a healthy diet with plenty of protein!. And to slightly answer your question, you may never even have to do a single sit-up and you will expose your hidden six-pack just because your are burning body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you burn more calories then you consume you will lose bodyfat, and with the running and ab workout you will tone your legs and core and probably put more definition in your arms, Good luck, that is some will power that i wish i had!Www@Answer-Health@Com
