Diet idea. How much weight could I lose.. ?!
Question: Diet idea!. How much weight could I lose!.!. !?
If I eat only salad (just salad with dressing and feta cheese) for a week, and do a little exercising (like maybe a half hour on a bike a day), how much weight do you think I could lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is how i lost 25 lbs in 3 months
Wake up early by 7!.30am or earlier ,drink at least 300ml of warm water with honey!.After 15min have a breakfast-egg whites brown bread!.
No need to hit the gym!.Just take a long brisk walk or run atleast 5km per day!.
If you have steps in yr building climb at least 5 floors up-down
10-11 am have a light snack(fat free)
at 1 o'clock have a big meal(watch the fat level and avoid white bread)
Chicken fish meat all grilled is good enough or any thing u want to eat
snak at 3!.pm mostly biscuits!.
during the day include a lot of dairy products and also have yougurt after all majour meals!.
Black tea or coffeewith sweetener is good for tea time
Have your last meal for the day by 7-8pm and dont snack anything untill u sleep!.
Doing this and youll lose atleast 10-15 pounds in one month!.
Just avoid Pizzas,Coke and Burger King!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
