ok so i need to lose weight im 150 pounds 5;4 and im 13 years old so could anyone tell me wut i should eat for

is this ok if i drink milkshake for morning, for lunch i eat a little rice, for dinner i eat fruit and i drink water ALOT ((8 glasses)) then for desert i eat icecream....i excerise everyday like play outside alot then i dance for a little whie (((20 minutes)) will i lose weight if i keep this routine?? how long do u think it will take?

You need to eat way more then that. You are young your body needs its nutrients to grow.
