Ok Im 13& im a little over weight i weight 124.& i should weigh about 11!

Ok Im 13& im a little over weight i weight 124.& i should weigh about 112.Tell me if im doing the right things

I dont eat lots of sugar about 5g per meal dont go over 1500 cal a day. Try to eat like some fruit daily. Go to the YMCA and work out on the bikes, ball,weights,arobics.For about a hour as much as i can weekly.And things that can help me more?

were you told by your doctor that you're over weight or are you just assuming? hearing all that you do to worry aobut your weight makes me think you're not really. muscle weighs more than fat, if you're doing all that you most likely have a lot of muscle. BMI are sometimes wrong for this very reason, they go by average people, so people who work out a lot and such are said to be over weight.

124 is a great weight unless you're like or 4'. just continue what you're doing. weight is just a number, what's more important is how healthy you are and how you feel aobut the way you look. if you concentrate on the number you're never goign to be happy with yourself. and when you think about it if someone has got a gorgeous body but weight 140 no one is going going to be like "well that's it! she weighs 140 she's not pretty!"
