I am 15 and weigh 212lbs?

I need to find the fastest way to lose weight my bf is constantly hounding me and i want to do this for him so that he isnt the only one amongnst are friends with a fat gf

Eat only fresh fruit and vegtables, water and OJ. Work your way up from 50 crunches a day to eventually 300. Adding 50 every week. Start walking everywhere you go. Wake up early and walk for one hour everyday. Get a workout video that focuses on whole body toning and do it twice a day, not just once. I did this when I was 15yrs old and I went from a size 16 to a 5 in one summer (3 mths). I didn't think to lose my weight until after my boyfriend dumped me. He said I was too fat. But anyways, this worked for me. Good luck, you can do it.
