What are some other exercises to do besides jogging?!

What are some other exercises to do besides jogging?

I run on MWF, but I feel I'm getting a little burned out on the running. What are some other exercises I can do to stay in shape?


Answers:

Hit the weights on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday(Chest, shoulders, triceps)

Thursday(Back, biceps)

Don't need to do squats cause you run.
