Question: I have lost 35 pounds, then gained about 10!. I'm definitely in a plateau!.
If you're losing weight, what does your daily menu look like!? And what is your age/weight/height/sex!? I really need a written out daily menu, so I'm gonna go off of other people's!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i lost weight eating something like this:

wholewheat toast with mashed avocado
glass of juice

snack;crackers with pb

lunch;wholemeal chicken sandwich

snack;banana/glass milk

dinner; fish/lean chicken with plenty veg and some kind of complex carbs, like brown rice

dessert;fruit/ice cream

i found it stange at first i could have ice cream and stuff but so long as its in your calorie limit you most defiantly can!.

change your calories around a lot, never always have say 2000 every day and eat a wide variety so your body gets all the different nutrients it needs!. even if you take a multi vitamin its not as easily absorbed by your body as natural food sources!.

discover new healthy foods, and try not to eat the same thing more than twice in the week!.

up your calories for a week or so to get your metabolism back up faster the drop back down to try and lose a bit more, your metabolism has just adjusted to your lower calories atm and thats why you ata plateau!.

For me I just eat whatever I want, not to fat but not to good!. Like i might goto McDonalds and get Chicken nuggets but usually peel off the breading and just eat the chicken!. But you can eat whatever you want!. As long as you work out enough to lose Calories!. Ive recently started to play Baseball and thats also help me!. Im 15 years old, 6'1'' and about 3 months ago was 255lbs!. Now im at 215!. And if I don't work out a certain day then I usually try to keep the Calories low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: smoothie w soymilk, frozen strawberries, fresh banana!. & sometimes (if I'm still hungry) a piece of whole wheat toast w!. a bit of PB OR oatmeal w!. raisins
Snack: (If I'm hungry) A 60 cal yogurt or some fruit (apples!)
Lunch: Lots of fresh veggies & tofu OR a simple PBJ
snack: (sweet tooth!) pudding cup or yogurt
dinner: small salad w!. beans (protien!) soup or veggie burger
desert: (if I'm starving) fruit salad
* I run 30 minutes 3 times a week, Work out at the gym one day!. And stretch each morning when I wake up!. Occasionally I do yoga!. My job keeps me on my feet!. Always take the stairs!. Never eat something unless you're hungry!. Love yourself today, acceptance allows for change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
