i am on a diet and today i think i ate to much!.
breakfast-small bowl of grits and an apple
snack-apple
dinner-small mac and cheese and special k cereal
snack-2 bowls of lucky charms(regret eating)
how many calories did i eat!?

i dont know if i should be the one to answer ur question cuz i am a fellow dieter and i think u did better than i did today!!! though dont worry about the lucky charms!. i got pulled into eating a big bowl of macaroni today and i feel soooo giulty!!! but great job so far! keep it coming! i know how hard it is to resist food and how hard it is to give into the hunger!. well nobody can really tell you how many calories you ate, but you certainly didn't over do it!.

eat every 3 hours so it can help your metabolism but make sure you're eating healthy :)

You ate terrible!. To much processed, starchy food!. Apples good though; low in calories, high in fiber, some nutrients and high in pectin which is a natural appetite suppressant!. Ditch the rest of the food and try some veggies, fish and lean meat and poultry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you're trying to starve yourself that that's worse cause when you do start eating you'll gain so much weight back and if you don't then you'll be like anarexic!.!.

hell no idk if u ate enough!.!.!.u need a lunch!.!.not enough protein really u need a better diet but ur cals def didnt go ove rat all u wont gain a lb u might lose and really though u wana do it healthier by adding protein u have too much carbsWww@Answer-Health@Com
