Question: How to have strong biceps!? What excersises!?
I need to work on my biceps for my popping ( funk dancing you know ) so please tell me some things I can do!. Thanks u guys alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bicep Curls
Chins
Push Ups
Bench Press

Do these say 15 reps of each maybe twice a day, but only three times a week, rest days are when your body muscle increasesWww@Answer-Health@Com
