poach your egg, dont butter your toast!. buttered easily 400-600 cals unbuttered as low as 160 cals just think you could have 3 eggs on toast for the cals of one buttered one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
why dont you substitute fried for poached egg!.!.!.85 cal approx and weight watchers bread with low fat spread!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.80 cals approx!.!.!.!. and then with what you save you can have a big bar of chocolate !!Www@Answer-Health@Com
