Question: Should i eat french toast for breakfast
i kind of want to have 2 french toast slices for breakfast i usually eat cereal and milk then work out after!. but should i have at least 2 slices of french toast since ive been sticking to my diet really well (im 13 and i only eat cereal and milk and grilled chicken OR salad and i weigh 110 pounds should i treat myself for one day or is that a bad idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are too strict and deprive yourself it just welcomes failure!. Just get right back on track afterwards and stay disciplined!. Keep focused but remember to enjoy your life! Get outside and hang out with your best friends!. You do not mention your height which must be taken into consideration!. Possibly this rule may help you - 100 lbs for the first 5 feet, then 5 lbs for every inch thereafter (example 5', 3" equals 115 lbs)!.

A breakfast suggestion for you to try: Add a heaping 1/2 cup of uncooked Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute Oatmeal to a large bowl, add cinnamon and 1 cup of Silk Soy Milk Plus Fiber Vanilla Flavor, or a milk beverage that you prefer, then micro cook for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 minutes!. While oatmeal is microwaving, cut up a fresh peach (August is peach season) and stir it into your COOKED oatmeal!. In the fall months, cut up an apple (Braeburn or Gala are delicious), however, the apple should be microcooked for 1 minute to soften it up slightly before adding to the COOKED oatmeal!. This nutritious breakfast provides various vitamins and minerals (calcium is important) as well as protein and lots of fiber!. Yummmmm! I love french toast!. I sometimes have it on the weekends!. My favorite way to eat it is with lots of blueberries, a little maple syrup and some vanilla yogurt!.
If you're active, don't constantly pig out on junk food like fries and cola there's no problem with having the occasional treat!. Besides, as long as you don't go overboard with butter and sugar, french toast is not an unhealthy choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can eat french toast!. But then, be sure to drink 12-15 glasses of water a day for 3 months!. To keep you slim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
