Best lower chest excercise for females using weights?!
Question: Best lower chest excercise for females using weights!?
I am a petite female, 5'1 106 pds!. I have been doing lots of strength exercises involving weights!. I am aiming to build a little size!. So far everything is working out great, and muscles have been developing very well!. I am very pleased, however I just can't seem to figure out a good exercise to build my lower chest, although I have been doing fine with the upper chest!. Any suggestions!?

If by lower chest we're still talking about the pectorals (ie: breast height), any chest exercise done in a decline works the lower pectoral better!. (decline bench press, dumbbell press, decline pec fly, high pulley cable crossover)!. The decline press is probably the best single one, but using a variety generally gets the best results!. There really arn't any other muscles between the pectorals and abdominals!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
