Help please me ??????!


Question: Help please me !?!?!?!?!?!?
ive asked this before but can anyone think of a good way to lose weight i mean ive tried everythin in the book i dont even eat that much just am really unlucky i do exercise and dont eat a whole lot but im still fat i cant figure out how 2 lose weight so if u have anyideas please help and dont be mean thanx sooooooo much x

First of all can you please advise your height and weight so that we will know for definite that you are over weight! Sometimes you see yourself very differently to how other people see you!.

Secondly if you really are over weight and don't eat that much and exercise then go and see your doctor there could be an under lying medical problem that is causing you to stay over weight!.

Thirdly if the doctor finds nothing wrong with you, then you should keep a food and exercise diary for 2 weeks - noting everything - don't forget if you cheat you're only cheating yourself so put everything I mean EVERYTHING even gum in that diary!. When the two weeks are up, use a site like 'my fitness pal' or 'sparkpeople' to calculate how many calories you are getting through a day - my guess is that it's a lot more than you think and if it's too little that might also be your problem!.

After you've pin pointed your problem then you can work at rectifying it!.

Remember it can take up to 6 months to see any noticeable significant change in your body with diet and exercise, so don't give up after a week thinking you'll never lose weight, this is the usual reason people fail, not because the diet doesn't work but because they THINK it's not working because it's not working as fast as they'd like it to!.
