If you are home alone, go in your room turn on your ipod, or stereo really loud to jammin' music and dance like crazy around your room ( like no one is watching )!. Fast vigorous dancing burns a ton of calories!. Plus!.!.!. haven't you seen how HOT and toned the people get on Dancing with the Stars!?!?
