hey i am a 12 year old girl i weigh 138 pounds and i am about 5 feet tall is this normal am i overweight please don't be rude i am very sensitive about my weight and refer to myself as a big fat lard so help am i obese please tell me and don't make funWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could do a few sit ups but eat healthy and you feel good I'm also 12 so dont worry!. Some girls i know are quite heavy !

Yes, you are heavy for your height!. It's no secret, you can look it up on height/weight charts on several sites!. However, in your favor is the fact that you're 12!. Once all those hormones kick in, your metabolism will readjust itself, and if you haven't began habitually eating because of a personality flaw (feeling fat, obese, depressed, etc!.!.!.) You may just gain a few inches in height, and your weight will be spread more evenly on your body!. It shouldn't be hard for you to lose weight!. It's an old but true cliche'; "To lose weight, eat less and do more!." Or, if you're like me, I just continue to eat the same amount, and do more! :) Try to start with something really simple, like walking 2 miles, and give yourself a time to beat, 30 minutes, and then try to beat your best time!. Keep your heart rate above normal!. You'll lose weight, and before long, look like the teen knock-out you want to look like!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your around 20lbs overweight unfortunately :(, go on a 1400 calorie diet eat only healthy stuff!.

-grilled meats, boiled veggies, at least 3 fruits a day, 1 cup of full cream milk a day!.
-Avoid carbs
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day!.
-Cycle in your bike 30mins-1hour a day!.
