LUNCH IS GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST OR PLAIN TUNA.
WITH A CUP OF VEGETABLES.
DINNER A BROIL FISH OR BAKED , GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST AND PLAIN POTATO WITH OLIVE OIL AND VEGETABLES.
SNACK ONLY POPCORN WITH LIGHT BUTTER.
AND MOST IMPORTANCE DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.
NE3VER EAT AFTER 7PM.
NOW FOR THE WORKOUTS.
DO 1000 SIT-UPS A DAY.
500 IN THE MORNING AND 500 BEFORE BED.
ALSO DO 3 SETS OF 30 SQUATS AGAINST THE WALL.
AND DO 3 SETS OF 30 LEG CRUELS.
AND RIDE FOR 1 HOUR A STATIONARY BIKE OR JOG FOR 30 MINUTES AROUND THE BLOCK.
DO ARM CRUELS 3 SETS OF 25
AND 100 PULL-UPS.
YOU DO THIS FOR 4 WEEKS YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE.
I USED TO BE A BODY BUILDER BEFORE MY STROKE AND YOU CAN DO IT!!!
