Try PILATES (i know from experience) its a great way to tone and lose weight, I'd really suggest this if you have the patience for it!. If you only have two weeks jog for half-an-hour twice a day, this would burn the calories, for strictly loosing the pounds, rather than toning (that will come later)!.

If you only have 2 weeks and are really committed, then I recommend doing the South Beach Diet!. It isn't very difficult!. Basically, just cut out all bread or flour products for 2 weeks!. No sugar either!. That means no fruit either!. After 2 weeks they suggest bringing fruit into the diet!. They also recommend eating lean meats!.
